He faces up to 40 years in prison and a fine of up to $2 million.Clifton Earl Robinson, 33, pleaded guilty Friday to possession of a firearm by an unlawful user of a controlled substance. He faces up to 10 years in federal prison and a fine of up to $250,000.Quincy Head, 27, pleaded guilty Thursday to being a felon in possession of a firearm. He faces up to 10 years in federal prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
James Darrell Lister Jr., 27, pleaded guilty Thursday to possession with intent to distribute and distribution of cocaine and crack cocaine. He faces up to 40 years in federal prison and a fine of up to $2 million.Larry Donell George, 26, pleaded guilty Thursday to possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine. According to information in court, since January 2006, the defendants had been distributing crack cocaine in the Longview area.
An 87-count federal indictment was returned on May 13, charging 29 people, including these six, with federal crimes.
