John J. Romano, 36, of the 1700 block of South Spring Road and Worthy Davis, 19, of the 700 block of South East Avenue were charged with possession of marijuana, crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia at Walnut Villa Apartments in the 1000 block of Florence Avenue Dec. 21.
